Blackbeard
While the group hasn't yet encountered him, Blackbeard is the villain that is also in pursuit of the Zero Key. According to Rayleigh, it is Blackbeard's goal to shape the world as he wills, which will surely end in misery for everyone.
Vidaal
On their way to Faloosh, the group ran into trouble when a large pirate vessel approached them from the side. The Pirate Captain Vidaal fired a cannonball into the side of the Flying Jasmine, crashing into its side and sinking the ship. In the chaos, our heroes boarded Vidaal's ship with the intent to take it over. After defeating her crew and freeing her prisoners, Atlas and Wolf Lord, the group teamed up to bring down the massive, evil pirate and her first mate.
Captain Morgan
Captain of the marines on the island of Faloosh. Morgan became the leader of this base nearly four years ago, and established his tyrannical reign of the island almost immediately by executing several townspeople who "betrayed" him. Unrelentingly punishing toward both the townsfolk and his own soldiers, Morgan was soon reviled by almost everyone around him, other than his spoiled brat son, Leppel. Morgan lost his right hand in battle many years ago, and replaced it with a battle-axe. After Leppel and his goons tried to capture and execute Rika and her mother, the group decided it was time to rescue Lozo and end Morgan's reign. Morgan came to his rightful end when Lozo thrust a sword through his gut.
